By enrolling in any course offered by Odisha Trading Academy, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

To enroll in our courses, you must:

1.2 Registration Process

Registration is complete only after:

• Submission of the registration form
• Payment of the course fee in full
• Receipt of confirmation email from our team

2. Fees and Payments

All course fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) and must be paid in full before course access is granted.

2.2 Payment Methods

• Bank transfers
• UPI payments
• Online payment gateways
• Cash payments at our office

2.3 Taxes

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. GST will be added as per current government regulations.

3. Course Access and Materials

3.1 Access Period

Access to course materials is granted as follows:

• Pre-recorded courses: Lifetime access
• Live courses: Duration of the course plus 30 days after completion
• Advanced programs: 1 year access

3.2 Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, documents, and presentations, are the intellectual property of Odisha Trading Academy and may not be:

• Shared with non-enrolled individuals
• Recorded, reproduced, or distributed
• Used for commercial purposes

4. Refunds and Cancellations

4.1 Refund Policy

We offer the following refund options:

• 100% refund if requested within 7 days of payment and before accessing any course materials
• 50% refund if requested within 14 days of payment and after accessing up to 20% of course content
• No refunds after 14 days or after accessing more than 20% of course content

4.2 Course Cancellations

Odisha Trading Academy reserves the right to:

• Cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrollment
• Change course content or instructors as needed
• Provide alternative arrangements for cancelled courses

5. Student Conduct

Students are expected to maintain professional conduct at all times. The academy reserves the right to terminate enrollment without refund for:

• Disruptive behavior during live sessions
• Sharing of course materials with non-enrolled individuals
• Any form of harassment towards instructors or fellow students
• Violation of our intellectual property rights

• Provide financial advice or investment recommendations
• Guarantee profits or specific trading results
• Assume responsibility for trading losses incurred by students
